Since its launch in September 2008 Google Android has become a popular mobile application platform. Although there are a limited number of Android applications available on Android Market, the online Android store, this is largely owing to the fact that up till now only one Android powered mobile has been launched, the T-Mobile Google G1. But the Android application market is soon to be flooded with number of leading handset makers like Sony Ericsson, LG, HTC, Motorola etc announcing their plans to launch Android powered mobile phones in 2009. Here we list some of the hottest and coolest Android application available online.

Best Android Applications:

Elimatta: This cool Android App is a location based blogging tool that supports posting by individuals in the same geographic area, whereas outsiders can only review the blogs without adding their own.
