The Open OSP server is a client side tool for the European Telecommunication Standard Institute's OSP VoIP Peering protocol (ETSI TS 101 321) that has been coined for open source billing. The OSP Toolkit project was begun in 1998 and the code has been integrated into many commercial and open source VoIP products.

RAMS OSP server written in Java

RAMS is a java based server useful for commanding inter-domain VoIP routing, which is called number translation and Call Detail Record collection. RAMS supports the European Telecommunications Standard Institute's OSP Peering protocol (ETSI TS 101 321).

OSP Toolkit - OSP client stack written in C

The OSP projects hosted on SIP foundry offer open source tools for secure, multi-lateral peering based on the European Telecommunication Standards Institute's OSP specification (ETSI TS 101321).
