Here you can observe title, description meta-tag and keywords meta-tag.
Title:
Selection of title for your page is very crucial
phase and this is the place where most webmasters make a mistake. They create their title
page for the visitor, not the search engine. Here's a good tip: Make
Certain that your page title contains your most important key words and/or
phrases. Most people query phrases while searching their topics.
It is well known fact that the document title has the most significant effect on the
visibility of a web page and it is the first smart words that attracts the visitor in
first look . You may preface your title with the words "Most welcome to..."
which will be the kiss of death for your search placement aspirants. So make good use of
your document title and on the whole try to keep your title to the point.
Most of the search engines spider your page and examines meta-tags and content of the site. Depending upon this examination search engines index and rank the site. Although some search engines does not use meta-tags due to the potential for abuse but they are highly recommended.
Think a typical web surfer for just a moment. How do you search information and resources on the web? If you are like 85% of web surfers, you search in terms of key phrases - not key words. How might somebody search for my site? They would typically use key phrases such a..

Examine your site and make a list identifying the key phrases a potential client would use when searching for the information. After all, if they're looking for certain services and products and you offer what they're searching for, then you stand a much better chance of getting the sale because your prospect is pre-qualified.
Meta-tags are HTML code that helps search engines and directories to properly classify and index your page. There are two types of meta tags - your sites description tag and its key word tag.
Description meta tags, depending upon a particular search engine's rules, may vary in length form 150 to 250 characters. Therefore, I would suggest that you keep your description meta tags to 150 characters or less.
Keywords
Meta Tag:
Similarly, Keyword Meta Tags can range from 874 characters
to 1000 characters. I would recommend that you use 874 characters or less; that should be
plenty.
Although, as with your document title, the over-enthusiastic use of key words is self-defeating and is likely to dilute the rank of your site. It is often good four a page of your site to show near the top of one search query than for it to show lower down on several queries.
You should avoid the repetition of key words. Otherwise search engines may penalize you in some way after indexing your site. You can also use the key word derivatives.
Content
of You Page:
Search engines looks for first around 250
characters of page to determine the content of site. So, try to develop an effective
summary of your page and put at the top of your page. You can even reproduce your
description meta-tag. This will increase your key density and higher the density the
better your ranking in many search engines.
Every page of your site is a potential gateway to your site. So, pay a good attention on
the title, page content and meta-tags for all pages of your site. Differences between
pages in the mix title and keywords increase the visibility of a site and improve the
chances of your matching any search criteria.
After writing and analyzing your meta tags and completing your site, you are now ready to submit your URL. It is well documented that most of your site traffic will come from the major search engines and directories; you do not want to risk anything going wrong with these particular submissions. You can hand post your site but it will take a long time or can use submission program for this purpose.
Good Luck.!
