How to make colorful a black&white picture
If you have a black&white picture, make colorful by using some instruction that are given in this example.
Take picture: Capture any black&white picture to colored.
Selection: Press (Q key) and choose brush (B key) then scroll at a place that you want to color first, after done it press (Q key). I have select here first had as done here.
Color Balance: Go to Image menu > Adjustment > Apply Color Balance (Ctrl + B).
You will get it.
Now use same step to make selection as applied up.
Color Balance: Go to Image menu > Adjustment > Apply color balance.
The image should be similar.
Go to Image menu > Adjustment > Apply Levels (Ctrl + L) and Curves (Ctrl + M).
This is final result.
