How to design glitter shine effect on the text

This tutorial will guide you one by one step to make a glitter shine on the text, it is an animated example.

New File: Create black background file.

Text: Choose Horizontal type tool (T key) and make formatting to write text as I have written here "Roseindia.net".

Star shape: Take a new layer and give name "little star", choose "white" color and Pen tool (P key) to make a star shape.

Duplicate shape: Take a new layer and give name "big star" then make duplicate layer and press Ctrl + T, increase size and change the angle as I have done here.

You will get it.

Draw More star: Use same steps to make another stars and set them as looking below.

Every star should be on the new layer and name as little star, big star, little star1, big star2...big star10.

Bevel text: Hide all the star shape layers and  choose text layer then go to Layer menu > Layer style >Apply Bevel and Emboss.

Your text will look like this.

Image ready: Click on the bottom of the toolbar to go in the image ready, you have adjust all the layer to make a beautiful animation.

Animation: In the animation window you will have all ready a frame, in the frame hide all the star layers except one which is "little star" layer and set time "0.2" as here.

Second frame: Take a new frame, in this frame hide all the star layers except "big star" layer and set time "0.2" as here.

Third frame: Take a new frame again and hide all the star layer and set time "0.3"

Complete animation: More star layers are left now, we have to use same this three step to arrange rest layer in sequins to make complete animation.

Save file: Now save file "Save Optimized".

This is your final result.
