Insectivore

The Insectivore project attempts to provide a way to share tasks in the "Tasks" view among team members.

The first implementation uses a file based approach, with TeamTask files shared inside a project. The file based shared task promises to be the mostly widely useful implementation, since most teams have an existing file based shared repository. TeamTask files can be shared in any number of ways, including CVS, another Team provider or even "sneakernet".

The ultimate goal of the Insectivore project is to provide integration to existing bug databases, and to provide an expanded definition of "Task" within the Eclipse framework, including traditional concepts such as priority, reporter, assignee, etc.
