Golden Triangle Tour with Orchha, Khajuraho and Varanasi

Day 01:Delhi Arrival

On your arrival at Delhi airport; our representative will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. Remaining day is at your disposal. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Delhi.

Day 02: Sightseeing tour of Delhi

Your day in the Indian capital will start with morning breakfast. Later visit the various sightseeing attractions of Old and New Delhi. The Raj Ghat, Red fort, Jama Masjid and Chandni Chowk are major destinations to visit in the old city. Later, visit the tourist attractions of New Delhi that include Qutub Minar, one of major medieval age monuments in Delhi. You will also visit India Gate and the Rastrapathi Bhawan in Lutyens Delhi. The major places of tourist interest like Laxmi Narayan Temple, Lotus Temple and Akshardham temple are known for its great religious significance. Evening is at your leisure you can relax in the rooms of the hotel or go for the shopping at Connaught Place. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 03: Delhi to Jaipur

Have your breakfast in the morning then after drive to the capital city state of Rajasthan, Jaipur. On arrival in the pink city Jaipur, check in at hotel. Remaining day is at your leisure. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Jaipur.

Day 04: Jaipur City Tour

After a morning breakfast make a trip to the hilltop Amber fort riding an elephant this 16th century fort offer a stunning view of the areas around. Also go out to visit Hawa Mahal(Palace of winds) that was built for royal ladies so that they can witness the royal processions. The city palace and museum has a great collection of antique items of its regal past including arms and arsenals used by former rulers. Also go to visit Jantar Mantar an astronomical observatory and other places of tourist interest like Nahargarh Fort, Jai Garh Fort, Jal Mahal, Government Central Museum, Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh and Vidyadhar's Garden. Rest of the day unwind in the rooms of the hotel or go to shop some handicrafts from the local market. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Jaipur.

Day 05: Jaipur to Agra

Take your breakfast in the morning and drive to one of the most visited tourist destination of Agra. On the way visit Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar. On arrival check in at hotel have lunch and relax. Afternoon onward go for the sightseeing of Agra fort, Moti Masjid. Then after visit the admired monument of love and romance Shahjahn's poem in marble Taj Mahal built to commemorate Shah Jahan's beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. In the evening return to hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Agra.

Day 06: Agra to Gwalior

In the morning have breakfast and drive to the historic city of Gwalior in the state of Madhya Pradesh. On arrival check in at hotel and have lunch and brief rest. Then after visit the Gwalior Fort, which has seen rise and fall of various empires. This one of the most admired forts in India has been under various rulers. During the trip you will also get a chance to visit the Sun Temple, Tomb of Tansen, one of the legends in Indian classical music and one among the nine Gems in court of Akbar. Also visit Mausoleums of Ghaus Mohammed. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 07: Gwalior to Orchha

After the morning breakfast you will go for a road trip to Orchha, another historic city in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. On arrival check in at hotel. Later on visit the three magnificent palaces situated within the fort complex namely Raj Mahal, Rai Praveen Mahal & Jahangir Mahal. The other attractions of Orchha are Ram Raja Temple, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Phool Bagh, Shahid Smarak and others. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 08: Orchha to Khajuraho

After morning breakfast leave the town of Orchha to reach the town of sensuous statues Khajuraho, on arrival check in at hotel. Remaining day is at your leisure. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 09: Khajuraho Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast in the morning go for the sightseeing of world-renowned Khajuraho temples, well acclaimed for its erotic sculptures. Your guide will take you to the eastern & western group of temples and tells its significance. The temples made by Chandela rulers are listed as UNESCO world heritage site.

Day 10: Khajuraho to Varanasi by flight

Rush to Airport to board the Varanasi bound flight. On arrival in the holy city of Varanasi, pick up and transfer to hotel by our representative. Afternoon onward go to visit various city attractions in Varanasi that include Durga temple, Tulsi Manas mandir, Banaras Hindu University which has an art gallery, Kashi Vishwanath Temple and other city attractions. You may take part in Ganga Aarti performed at the Ghats of Varanasi. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel in Varanasi.

Day 11: Boat Ride & visit to Sarnath

Take an early morning boat ride in the holy river Ganges to have a glimpse of bathing ghats, cremation site and sun rise on the banks of river Ganges. The spectacle of people bathing and offering prayers at the ghats offers an authentic insight into the culture and lifestyle of this sacred city. In the afternoon visit Sarnath, a city on the fringe of Varanasi. A sacred place for Buddhists, it is the place where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon. You will get to visit the ruins, the stupa, the Buddhist temple, museum and other things of tourist importance in the city. Dinner and overnight stay at the room of the hotel in Varanasi.

Day 12: Varanasi to Delhi and Transfer to International Airport

In the morning after breakfast you will get transferred to Varanasi Airport to board a flight to Delhi. On arrival at Delhi Airport you will get transferred to International Airport to board a connecting flight to onward journey.
