You can use any upper version of TensorFlow to run your code. But you want to install TensorFlow 2.0.1 and try the code then here are the steps to install TensorFlow 2.0.1 on Google Colab.

First of all remove any previous version of TensorFlow installation as it might conflict with TensorFlow 2.0.1. Here is command to remove previous version of TensorFlow:

!pip uninstall tensorflow

Once previous installation of TensorFlow is removed you can proceed with the installation of TensorFlow 2.0.1. Here is the command to install TensorFlow 2.0.1 in Google colab:

!pip install tensorflow===2.0.1

Finally you can test the version of TensorFlow installed on the system with following program:

import tensorflow as tf
print(tf.__version__)

It should print 2.0.1 if TensorFlow 2.0.1 is successfully installed.
