Management is specialized work of managing a group of people to work accomplish a set of work/goal.

For example in software development company Manager can find a number of developers, assign the work related to a software development project. Here the responsibility of project execution and timely delivery is on the Manager of the software project.

In the management process the success of the project also depends on the skills of the Manager managing the project.
