For learning Python programming Math is not required. Python is just another programming language with their own syntax. Python syntax is much simpler than Java and C++. So, you can learn Python easily. There is no Mathematics involved in Python programming.

Mathematics is required for Machine Learning programming and Data Science model development. Its altogether different from the general Python programming. Python is used to write Mathematical models with the help of Machine Learning libraries.

As long as you are not using Python for machine learning you don't need mathematics.

Mathematics is required when you have to develop the machine learning model.

So, If you are beginning with Python and don't know/remember the Mathematics even then you can learn Python. Python is easy programming language and you can learn it easily.
