Which java can i download?

i'm a beginner on java.

Which java can i download for to exercise with my codes?

And i download Eclipse java. But when i want to install it, it's display : cartdrige no found, and when i click "ok", It was dispalay a window, which want me to insert this "Cartdrige".

But no file was open, what can i do?

Please, help me.
