To upload the website on your server, you should have the IP address, user name and password of your hosting server. Once all these information are available you can upload your website on the server.

This program will let users to transfer files from their PC to another server, browse the contents of that server, delete files from the server and transfer them back to your PC again if necessary.
You can also use the IE browser to upload your website you the server.
Once website is uploaded you can test it in the browser. While testing if you found some error, you can rectify the error and re-upload the web page. This way you can upload and re-upload the website on your server.
