please help me for java JDBC error i.e.java.sql.SQLException: No suitable driver found for jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/first

i am getting this error and am unable to recover it.... access denied (java.lang.RuntimePermission accessClassInPackage.sun.jdbc.odbc) can anyone plz suggest me how to get rid of this error
