For instance, panchkarma is an ayurvedic method, which requires a person to totally banish the non-vegetarian food items like fish and meat from his diet. A person undergoing through an Ayurvedic treatment must totally avoid consumption of alcohol or should quit smoking.
Our daily diet should consist of nutritional food items. Fats and carbohydrates should be in a controlled amount while food should be high on proteins. One should avoid junk foods. Diet timings are important. Erratic timings have only negative effect on the health.
